Region3
There are regular rail services from the Central Belt of Scotland to Aberdeen, also from Inverness in the north run by First ScotRail.
Aberdeen train station is over two miles from the ground and can be quite a walk (around 25-30mins). You might find it easier to take a taxi to the ground. However if you want to walleave the station turn left adn walk across the bridge and then turn right. This brings you onto Union Street, where you should walk (right) down until its end where you will reach Castlegate. Home supporters should bear left into King St (A956) and continue down this street before turning right into Merkland Road for the ground. Away supporters should proceed through the Castlegate and into Park St. This street eventually becomes Golf Road and you will come to Pittodrie on your left.

wheretodrink
There are not many pubs close to the ground, so consider drinking in the city followed by the King St crawl! The nearest bar to the ground is the Broadhill at the back of the Richard Donald Stand for home supporters. Next closest are the three Golf Clubs, all of whom operate a signing in/membership thing which some away fans take advantage of and have an invariably friendly atmosphere.
There are regular bus services from Inverness, Fraserburgh, Peterhead and the Central Belt of Scotland to Aberdeen with Stagecoach, Scottish Citylink and Megabus.
