Celtic will play Hibernian or Ross County in the semi-final of the Active Nation Scottish Cup.
Holders Rangers or Dundee United, who fought out an entertaining 3-3 at Ibrox on Sunday, will face Raith Rovers in the other semi.
The last-four ties will be played on the weekend of 10 and 11 April.
Raith manager John McGlynn told BBC Scotland: “It was always going to be a difficult tie, no matter who we got and we’ll be massive underdogs.”
Celtic booked their place with a 3-0 win over Kilmarnock, while Raith Rovers saw off fellow First Division outfit Dundee at Dens Park.
Ross County fought back to draw 2-2 with Hibs at Easter Road at the weekend. The sides will meet in a replay on Tuesday 23 March, with United and Rangers in action the following evening.
McGlynn will be an interested spectator at the replay at Tannadice as he plots the downfall of his side’s semi-final opponents.
“It’ll give us an opportunity to go and watch that game, and build-up some information on both these teams and prepare properly for the semi-final,” he said.
“But we’ll certainly look forward to the day and the occasion, and I’m sure the fans are.
“We’d be quite prepared to go to Hampden, it’s the national stadium and it’s a big occasion for the players.
“If it’s Rangers, then they will have a big support there. If it’s Dundee United then, because it’s two clubs from the east coast, it may be better if the semi-final is played in that area so it’s less travelling for fans.”
Raith captain Mark Campbell, who will be sidelined for the rest of the season following a car accident, said he was excited ahead of the club’s first Scottish Cup semi-final since 1963.
“The car accident has been hard but spirits are high now that I’m up on my feet and after Saturday’s game I was delighted for the boys and the club,” he said.
“You are delighted for the boys but you are slightly gutted as well.”
