MARK McGHEE will pick a full-strength side for today’s SPL clash with Celtic at Pittodrie.
The Aberdeen FC boss killed off any suggestions of him planning to field a weakened team in an effort to help Celtic win.
McGhee cancelled his Aberdeen FC pre-match press conference as he was raging at sections of the media who re-wrote comments he made in an interview in Thursday’s Evening Express.
McGhee’s admission he might be forced to rest players if they didn’t recover from the effort put in to earn a 2-2 draw with Hibs was spun to suggest he planned to drop five of his star men to aid the Celts in their bid to catch Rangers in the title race.
McGhee spoke to the Evening Express to put the record straight and reassure fans the Aberdeen FC players will be doing everything they can to humble the Hoops.
