GARY McDonald is desperate to beat Kilmarnock this afternoon and put Aberdeen FC back where he feels they belong in the SPL.

But a victory at Rugby Park coupled with a loss for Rangers in tomorrow’s Old Firm derby could see the Reds move into third ahead of the international break.
